## Description

BeyondSpring is a global, clinical-stage bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in New York, dedicated to improving the standard of care for cancer patients. Our mission is to develop innovative and first-in-class treatments that positively impact the lives and clinical outcomes of millions of patients worldwide. Our lead asset, plinabulin, is a selective immunomodulating microtubule-binding agent that serves as a pipeline in a drug for various cancer indications. It shows promise as a direct anti-cancer agent in combination with docetaxel, with positive phase 3 data in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Plinabulin is also being investigated in combination with immuno-oncology regimens and for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia (CIN), with positive phase 3 data in combination with G-CSF. In addition to plinabulin, we have three preclinical immuno-oncology assets and our subsidiary, SEED Therapeutics, is harnessing a proprietary targeted protein degradation drug discovery platform. Since 2010, we have been striving to develop transformative cancer therapies that address high unmet needs. Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients.
