## Description

Be YOU! Children's Yoga & Wellbeing is a Northern Ireland-based provider of age-specific yoga and wellbeing programmes for children and teenagers. Founded and led by Rebecca Quinn, the service draws on her more than eight years of primary teaching experience and specialist training in children’s yoga and yoga therapy. Its programmes combine yoga therapy exercises, mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation to support physical strength and flexibility, emotional balance, confidence and calm.

Services are offered online and in person, with options for primary and secondary schools, childcare centres, sports and dance clubs, teams, small groups and individual clients. School programmes can be tailored to children’s needs and delivered before, during or after school, or as part of sports and wellbeing provision. Private one-to-one programmes are designed around a child’s or teen’s specific needs, with a particular specialism in anxiety. Yoga for young athletes aged five to 17 focuses on skills including balance, concentration, endurance and injury prevention.
