## Description

Botany Family and Children’s Centre (BFCC) is a community-focused service supporting children and families for more than 40 years. Its experienced, qualified team offers a welcoming, safe and culturally inclusive environment, with free, confidential services tailored to each family’s needs. Evidence-based programs help families recognise their strengths and make informed decisions.

BFCC provides parenting support, supported playgroups, transition-to-school assistance and family support for people navigating life’s challenges and relationships. Its programs include Circle of Security, an eight-week course for parents and carers of children aged 0–5 that focuses on secure relationships, emotional needs and confidence, and Tuning into Kids, a six-week program for families with children aged 5–12. The latter supports emotional connection, parenting skills and children’s resilience and independence.

Whether families are building parenting skills, helping a child prepare for school or seeking support with family relationships, BFCC aims to provide practical assistance suited to their circumstances. The centre also offers specialised services and space for hire.
