## Description

BFL International, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects people with purposeful service opportunities and supports humanitarian oral health and whole-person health initiatives. Founded by clinical dental hygienist Lynelle DeRoo Marcos, the organization works with mission teams, NGOs, and volunteers to bring relief from dental pain and help communities build lasting health practices.

Its services include Clinic-On-The-Go®, a managed deployment program for mission-based dental care. Each deployment includes a trained operations team that handles transportation, equipment and inventory, sterilization oversight, clinic setup and breakdown, and patient-flow support. BFL International can also help connect teams with dental clinicians in Kenya, including when a visiting group has no health professionals of its own. The organization welcomes both clinical and non-clinical volunteers and works with partners to plan around their dates and intended impact.

BFL International also organizes global mission trips, including opportunities in Africa, and provides trip information, registration, and participant orientation. Its founder’s related oral-health education resources include Brushforlife.com, LoveYourMouth.org, and the STOPPED train-the-trainer program.
