Bereaved Families of Ontario (BFO-Toronto) is a local charitable organization dedicated to providing support and healing to individuals, families, and groups who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Our mission is to inspire hope and help individuals better process and cope with their bereavement. We offer various programs and services aimed at providing mutual support and coping skills.

Led by experienced volunteer facilitators, our peer support programs create a safe and reliable space for individuals to grieve and authentically relate to one another. We believe that through mutual support, individuals can find hope and resilience in their grief journey. At BFO-Toronto, we respect that everyone grieves differently and offer support that acknowledges and embraces each person's unique and diverse life experiences.
