# BGS Schweiz - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `bgs.swiss` ## Description BGS Bewegungs- und Gesundheitsschule is a movement, health and martial arts school based at Grienbachstrasse 24 in Zug, Switzerland. Its approach combines traditional breathing, stretching and movement exercises to strengthen the whole body with practical training designed to develop awareness, coordination and confidence. The school offers self-defence instruction, WingTsun and other martial arts training, as well as its KTT Conditioning-Transformation Training. BGS describes KTT as holistic, goal-oriented conditioning that helps improve coordination and address muscular imbalances. Its self-defence and de-escalation sessions focus on reactive responses, personal safety and peaceful conflict resolution. Students can also choose conditioning classes, personal training and individual coaching tailored to their goals. The school presents its training as a way to build both physical and mental strength, balance and self-assurance. Course information and an online shop are available through its website, and appointments are encouraged. BGS is led by Sandro Savastano, whose experience with WingTsun began in childhood.
