## Description

Bharathamithram is a Telugu Catholic media and publishing brand that serves as a voice for the Telugu Catholic Church in India and around the world. Founded in 1943 by the late Bishop Mummadi Ignatius, it is owned by the Telugu Catholic Bishops’ Council and aims to strengthen faith, share the message of Christ, and promote Telugu Catholic literature. Its magazine offers local and global Catholic news, religious articles, and faith-based content to inform and spiritually nourish readers. Bharathamithram is available in print as well as through its website and mobile app, extending its reach in the digital age. The app features Catholic content and daily faith-related information, including liturgical updates, to support readers’ spiritual development. The website also provides a digital magazine archive, news, a gallery, and information about the organisation and its editorial team. Readers can engage with its work through donations and advertising opportunities. Guided by bishops, editors, staff, writers, and collaborators, Bharathamithram seeks to strengthen the faith of Telugu Catholics and foster a connected community through accessible Catholic media.
