Bayview Senior Services, also known as Bayview Hunters Point Multipurpose Senior Services, has been serving the San Francisco community for fifty years. They are dedicated to improving the health, quality of life, and culture of African American elders who are long-standing members of their communities. Their goal is to ensure that older adults and individuals with disabilities in African American communities are cared for with dignity, honor, and respect, so that they can age in place and maintain a strong cultural presence in San Francisco.

Bayview Senior Services offers a wide range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of seniors and persons with disabilities. These include three senior centers, nutritious meals, information/referral, case management, adult day health care, money management, a senior ex-offender program, and housing advocacy. Among their notable facilities is the Dr.

George W. Davis Senior Center, which was opened in June 2016 and features state-of-the-art amenities and expanded programs. With a long-term vision of providing a continuum of care, Bayview Senior Services coordinates housing, social services, healthcare, financial services, recreation facilities, and economic ventures to improve the quality of life for seniors.
