## Description

Founded in 1982, as BMX arrived in France, Bi Club Chapellois is a cycling club based in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin, France. One of the country’s first clubs to have its own BMX track, it now operates at the municipal Stadium BMX, an Olympic-standard venue. With 346 licensed members in 2025, the club offers activities for riders of different ages and experience levels, from balance-bike beginners to competitive BMX athletes.

Its programs include leisure and competition training, minicross, BMX stages and group activities. The club also runs a sports section designed to help young people balance their education with athletic development, and holds open days where visitors can try BMX. Seasonal sports and BMX camps provide further training opportunities. Beyond regular club activities, Bi Club Chapellois organizes and hosts competitions, including national and European events, and offers individual and group track reservations. Its long history of event organization includes French championships, European championships, and rounds of the Coupe de France and Coupe d’Europe.
