## Description

ProcuOS by BidDown is a modular, scalable platform that helps purchasing departments digitize and manage supplier relationships and procurement processes in one place. The software combines supplier management and qualification with electronic negotiation, reverse auctions, and purchasing tools, helping teams automate repetitive tasks, reduce administrative time, and access indicators and KPIs in real time.

Features include customizable supplier portals, questionnaires and documentation for supplier assessment, ESG evaluation, and access to commercial, financial, and sector information. Buyers can run requests for information and quotations, aggregate purchases, collect ongoing offers, and hold reverse auctions that consider both price and technical evaluations. ProcuOS also supports contract management, purchase orders, internal requests, invoices, and workflow automation, with alerts for contract renewals and expirations. Its API enables integration with ERP and other corporate systems.

BidDown reports that ProcuOS serves more than 500 companies across 11 countries in Europe and Latin America. The company offers personalized demonstrations and presents the platform as a way to centralize procurement information, improve purchasing decisions, and create more efficient processes.
