Founded by Ajarn Mike Walrath under the lineage of the Thai Boxing Association and guided by Master Ajarn Chai Sirisuit, the academy emphasizes effective striking through correct form rather than strength alone. Its philosophy is grounded in respect, honor, discipline, and compassion. The gym offers one all-levels class each day, welcoming beginners and experienced students to train together. Weekday classes run Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., while weekend sessions begin at noon as open gym. The academy encourages people of different ages, backgrounds, genders, and abilities to get started, noting that perfect fitness or health is not required. Training can support exercise, stress relief, discipline, and self-esteem, while students build strength and technique. The first two classes are free; drop-ins cost $10, and unlimited monthly training is $100. Head Instructor Kru Harley and Assistant Trainer Charlotte Coons lead instruction at the Bailey Hill Road location. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/BIGFOOTGYM) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/bigfoot_gym) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTJf2EHPA/w/1024/h/1024/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793134763924) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
