## Description

Big Game Parks is a truly unique private organization dedicated to conservation and eco-tourism in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). Led by the extraordinary vision of Ted Reilly, the organization has played a vital role in the country's wildlife preservation and is recognized as the leading eco-tourism destination in the kingdom.

Big Game Parks operates four privately owned parks and reserves: Hlane Royal National Park, Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, Mkhaya Game Reserve, and KaMsholo Bushveld Safaris. These parks offer a range of experiences, from traditional safaris to backpacker adventures, catering to different interests and preferences. The organization also prides itself on being self-sustaining without government subsidies, generating income through gate receipts, accommodations, trading, and the sale of wild animals.

With strong royal support from King Sobhuza II and King Mswati III, Big Game Parks has achieved major accomplishments in its over 50-year history. These include reintroducing 22 species of larger mammals to the kingdom, pioneering eco-tourism initiatives, establishing the toughest Game Act in the world, and holding the world record for effective rhino anti-poaching.

By visiting and supporting Big Game Parks, you not only get to enjoy clean and healthy environments but also contribute to the conservation of species and the growth of Eswatini and its people.
