BiG Heroes is a nonprofit organization with a strong focus on faith and empowering young adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide continued educational opportunities for these individuals post high school, specifically those seeking employment. Through our program, we train and empower our members to create and market unique handcrafted items, giving them the chance to contribute back to the community and earn incentives.

We go beyond education and skills training by inviting community professionals to present on life skills and health topics, ensuring that our members gain firsthand knowledge and expertise. Our goal is to enrich their lives through continued learning, self-expression through the arts, and meaningful social interactions with peers, job supervisors, volunteers, and the wider community. Starting with small projects and gradually expanding, BiG Heroes aims to create an inclusive community where all individuals can be celebrated.
