## Description

Big Tree Supports is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider serving Brisbane North, Brisbane South, Moreton Bay, Logan and Ipswich. The organisation supports people with disability to build confidence, independence and connection through services shaped around each person’s abilities, goals and needs. Its approach centres on respectful, personalised care, trusted relationships and community inclusion.

Services include in-home support and personal care, assistance with daily living, and skill development in a safe, inclusive environment. Big Tree Supports also provides Supported Independent Living (SIL), helping people live at home while developing and maintaining everyday skills. Accommodation options include short-term, medium-term and respite stays. Social and community participation services, supported group events and outings offer opportunities to connect, explore shared interests and build friendships.

The support process begins with a conversation about the participant’s NDIS plan and goals, followed by collaborative planning, team matching and scheduling. Once support begins, the organisation maintains regular contact with participants and families.
