## Description

Billdish is a cloud-based business software platform for restaurants and grocery stores, serving businesses from independent cafés and corner shops to multi-site groups. It brings point-of-sale checkout, inventory, payments, team management, and reporting together while keeping each business’s products, staff, customers, and records in its own account.

Restaurants can manage menus and add-ons, take dine-in and takeaway orders, accept online orders, and send tickets to a kitchen display. Table QR codes let guests order and pay by phone. Grocery stores can scan barcodes at checkout, print product labels, track stock, and record restocks, waste, and inventory adjustments. Shared tools include customer profiles, loyalty points, email campaigns, returns, refunds, sales reports, Z-reports, and a cashbook.

Billdish supports cash, Stripe card payments, and PayPal, with split or mixed tender available on eligible plans. Its browser-based POS can queue orders offline and sync when connectivity returns. Businesses can pair the software with tablets, receipt and label printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, displays, and self-service kiosks, connecting checkout activity with day-to-day operations and reporting.
