## Description

BioAtla is a San Diego-based biopharmaceutical company that specializes in developing safer and more effective drugs for cancer treatment. Their innovative approach, called Conditionally Active Biologics™ (CAB), leverages the unique microenvironment of diseased tissue to more precisely target cancer cells. The CAB platform allows for the production of antibodies and other biologics that can be activated or inactivated under specific physiological conditions. This technology revolutionizes cancer therapy by improving the therapeutic index, making treatments safer and more efficient for patients. BioAtla is committed to excellence and is actively seeking exceptional talent to join their team. With their comprehensive integrated antibody optimization (CIAO!™) and impressive CAB portfolio, BioAtla is at the forefront of advancing cancer therapeutics. By applying cutting-edge science and advancing their understanding of the tumor microenvironment, BioAtla is dedicated to making significant strides in the fight against cancer.
