## Description

Biocelltis Biotecnologia S.A. is a Brazilian biotechnology company focused on biomaterials and tissue regeneration. Its mission is to develop technologies that serve life while supporting progress that respects the world. The company produces biomaterials and develops human tissues in the laboratory for medical, biomedical, pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, and veterinary applications. Its technology uses a porous network of natural, biocompatible nanofibres to create hydrogel-based tissue models.

Biocelltis offers RejuvenTis hydrogel facial masks, which are sterile, preservative-free and biodegradable, designed for clinical or home-care treatments. Its CellFate 3D matrices provide a laboratory platform for cultivating animal and human cells and tissues in a more realistic three-dimensional environment; they are supplied sterile and ready to use. The company is also developing CellFate-RHE, a reconstructed human epidermis model for product safety testing, and CellFate-FIV, a platform supporting in vitro fertilisation procedures. Its ARTSkin dermal regeneration matrices, made using a patient’s own cells, are intended for potential applications including burns and skin conditions. Additional research and development projects include laboratory-grown meat.
