Bioland Südtirol is a brand that was founded in 1991 by ten fruit farmers who were pioneers in South Tyrolean agriculture. Today, it boasts over 1000 Bioland farms in the region. At Bioland Südtirol, active climate, soil, and nature protection are of utmost importance. Bioland Südtirol became a cooperative under Italian law in April 2021, and their new leadership, Nathalie Bellutti and Walter Steger, were elected for the period of 2021-2024.
