## Description

BioLib.cz is an international encyclopedia of plants, fungi, and animals. In addition to its taxonomic system, it offers a rich gallery of photos, an explanatory and translation dictionary, a database of links, habitats, and protected areas, a discussion forum, and many other biology-related features. It is a non-commercial educational project designed for both professionals and the general public, and anyone with an interest in various specializations can contribute to its content. In collaboration with institutions such as the National Museum, the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic, the Czech Herpetological Society, the Museum of Nature Czech Paradise, and the Czech Scientific Society for Mycology, BioLib.cz maps mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and selected species of fish, invertebrates, and endangered fungal species.
