## Description

BiomarkerKB is a knowledgebase project sponsored by the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE). Supported by the NIH Common Fund and Office of the Director, NIH, and administered by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, the project aims to organize and integrate biomarker data from multiple public sources. It connects these data with contextual information to provide a systems-level view of biomarkers and support biomarker research.

The platform offers a search tool for finding biomarkers by entity, condition, BEST role, and annotations. Users can explore data from contributing resources and download it in resource-specific formats, including CSV and RDF. A public web service API also provides access to datasets in JSON format. Additional resources include a Biomarker Ontology, a Biomarker Knowledge Graph, and an information wiki. The site provides guidance on its mission, frameworks, citation, and frequently asked questions, alongside contact, privacy, licensing, and disclaimer information. BiomarkerKB also includes personal settings that let users choose whether their searches are remembered for future use.
