BioMe Oxford is a UK-based startup founded in 2015 by scientists from the University of Oxford. Their mission is to make targeted sampling of intestinal contents, particularly the gut microbiome, cost-effective and minimally invasive. With seed funding from the Oxford Seed Fund at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as well as grants from Innovate UK and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), BioMe Oxford is supported in their endeavors.
