## Description

BionicGym is a fitness brand focused on making cardio exercise more accessible through wearable technology. Its system combines an app with wraps worn around the legs, which deliver electrical impulses that prompt muscles to contract. The company describes this as “exercise on autopilot,” allowing users to work out while sitting or multitasking, with an emphasis on calorie burning and workouts that are gentle on the joints. Users control workout intensity through the BionicGym app, and the brand offers Standard and PRO-HIIT versions, with the latter adding higher-intensity interval training. BionicGym also sells accessories, including gel pads and chargers, and provides workout guidance, video tutorials, a community, and educational content. The company says its technology is backed by more than 20 years of research and peer-reviewed studies, and reports testing in zero gravity with the European Space Agency and clearance by the US Food and Drug Administration. BionicGym positions its products for people seeking to improve fitness, burn calories, or stay active while managing a busy schedule, and provides resources such as a weight-loss calculator and information for people using weight-loss medication.
