## Description

Biozeroc develops continuous reactor infrastructure that helps industrial businesses use enzymes reliably at production scale. Its platform combines reactor hardware, automation and consumables to keep immobilised enzymes working inside existing plants, maintaining steady output as enzyme activity declines. The system is designed to reduce manual enzyme replacement, production interruptions and the costs associated with short enzyme lifetimes, without requiring customers to rebuild their facilities or change the enzyme they already use.

Biozeroc works with reaction steps that operate at volume and must meet specifications. Potential applications include process water and industrial wastewater treatment, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, cosmetic actives, flavours and fragrances, and cement production. The company’s process begins with lab-scale validation using the customer’s chemistry and feed, followed by optimisation, reactor installation and ongoing operational support. Biozeroc says customers can assess potential savings before committing to site infrastructure. Its team brings together expertise in bioscience, process engineering, hardware design, and software and systems engineering.
