# Birdscapes Consulting - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `birdscapesconsulting.com` ## Description Birdscapes Wildlife Consulting is a bird and wildlife habitat consulting company based in Nacogdoches, Texas. Owned and operated by Cliff Shackelford, the business combines his lifelong interest in birds with more than 30 years of professional ecological experience. Shackelford, a seventh-generation Texan, previously served for over two decades as State Ornithologist at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Birdscapes helps clients understand local wildlife and make informed decisions about habitat and land management. Services include bird surveys for construction projects, private properties, and public, corporate, or other managed lands. Surveys can identify which bird species occur on a property and may address endangered bird species or support private landowners seeking information for tax valuation purposes. The company also evaluates habitats and recommends ways to support birds in rural areas, backyards, and corporate properties. Additional services include identifying bird vocalizations captured by automated recording units, identifying birds in game- or trail-camera photographs, and advising on nature tourism recommendations and design. ## Industries - ๐Ÿงช Science and Education - ๐Ÿงช Environmental Science _(under Science and Education)_ - ๐Ÿ“Š Business and Consumer Services ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ โ€” PNG โ€” [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idtp91ia2_/w/600/h/164/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793825488662) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cinnamon | #754600 | accent | | Resolution Blue | #003388 | dark | | Shakespeare | #52a4d8 | light | ## Fonts - Montserrat โ€” asset _(google)_ - Montserrat โ€” asset _(google)_ - Montserrat โ€” asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
