## Description

Birse Creative Simulations (BCS) is a small independent venture created by Murray Birse, combining decades of tabletop role-playing experience with a background in software development. Its focus is on practical tools and resources designed to make role-playing games more immersive, enjoyable, and manageable for players and Game Masters.

BCS’s central product is CARPS, or the Computer Aided Role Playing System, a Windows application intended to support many aspects of running a role-playing game. It includes an integrated game system, alongside features that can also be used with other systems. The accompanying CARPS Rule Book is a 240-page guide available in hardcover and PDF formats, covering the program, character creation, and play.

BCS also offers CARPS Dice Roller for Android, including a free Lite edition and a full version. Features include custom dice expressions, saved rolls, result history, multiple visual skins, and the Carpzee minigame. The website also provides a blog and product information.
