## Description

BiteIt! Bakery is a Colorado-based luxury wedding cake studio founded by cake designer Polina Astafyeva in 2017. Based in Castle Rock, the studio serves couples across Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder and Vail, as well as mountain and destination wedding venues throughout Colorado. Its specialty is custom, multi-tier wedding cakes and refined dessert tables designed to complement each couple’s venue, aesthetic and celebration. Drawing on modern elegance, timeless artistry and Colorado’s natural beauty, Polina creates personalized designs featuring considered textures and sculptural details, paired with premium flavors. The studio also offers private tasting boxes to help couples explore cake options before confirming their order. The design experience includes an inquiry and consultation, tasting, final order confirmation, and professional delivery and on-site installation. BiteIt! Bakery also creates celebration cakes. Client feedback highlights the combination of striking presentation and flavor, including a requested tiramisu wedding cake. Couples planning 2026–2027 weddings can inquire about custom orders and arrange a tasting box through the bakery.
