## Description

Bitnomial is a Chicago-headquartered derivatives exchange company operating through subsidiaries regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a designated contract market, derivatives clearing organization, and futures commission merchant. Its platform brings several digital-asset markets together in one trading interface and integrated clearinghouse, including leveraged spot, perpetual futures, traditional futures, options, and prediction markets. Bitnomial emphasizes crypto-native trading infrastructure, with digital assets accepted as margin collateral and available for settlement on eligible contracts. The company says its unified collateral pool supports multiple products, while its exchange offers leverage on margin trades, subject to changing rates and applicable terms. Its Botanical trading technology provides access to perpetual futures and traditional futures and options through a shared interface. Bitnomial serves residents of the United States and other countries, subject to local eligibility and regulatory requirements. Futures accounts are offered through Bitnomial Clearing, LLC, and trading futures requires additional verification with an FCM. The company warns that leveraged trading involves substantial risk, including losses that may exceed an initial investment.
