The gym combines experienced coaching with a welcoming, close-knit community, offering small training groups and classes for beginners, recreational athletes, and competitors. Its programs include Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, kickboxing, boxing, and wrestling, alongside Gym Athletic strength and conditioning, including preparation for Hyrox and other fitness events.
