## Description

The Security Services Wing (SSW) of RERF has supported military, paramilitary and state police personnel through leadership and self-empowerment programs since 2001. Delivered at its academy and field formations, these initiatives have benefited more than 300,000 troops and approximately 7,500 officers. The wing aims to strengthen personnel, improve efficiency and decision-making in challenging situations, help them manage work-related stress, and build morale through self-awareness and spiritual development.

SSW offers sessions on inspirational leadership, Rajyoga meditation, stress management, self-concept and decision-making, memory skills, harmonious relationships, holistic fitness, de-addiction, sleep management and mental empowerment. Its programs are designed to support both professional effectiveness and personal well-being, including healthier relationships at work and at home. The organization also holds events and webinars, including self-empowerment and mental well-being retreats. Its work has received appreciation from public figures and security leaders, including former President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Through its training and educational services, SSW seeks to help security personnel respond to demanding responsibilities with greater confidence, resilience and clarity.
