## Description

Ballklubb Tromsø, also known as BK Tromsø, is a volleyball club based in Tromsø, Norway. With the ambition of competing at the top of Norwegian volleyball and serving as a club for all of Northern Norway, it works to develop elite players from the region. The club has men’s and women’s teams, including teams competing in national leagues, and maintains a close partnership with NTG Tromsø.

Tromsøhallen is the club’s main venue, while Gyllenborghallen and local schools and sports halls are also used for training and matches. BK Tromsø hosts home fixtures, cup matches and European volleyball events, bringing players and supporters together in Tromsø. Younger players train in several parts of the city, making the club’s activities accessible across local communities.

The club welcomes new members and provides information and an enrollment form through its website. It also offers a solidarity fund to help children take part in volleyball, along with a club collection and opportunities to support the organization through sponsorship and Norway’s grassroots funding scheme.
