## Description

The Black Inclusivity Catalyst, established by Imperial College, is dedicated to empowering the Black community through enhanced participation in STEM and business. As a central hub for Black inclusivity, it offers vital support and resources to facilitate career exploration in these fields. The Catalyst organizes various annual events and programs aimed at assisting Black heritage students in discovering educational and professional pathways, thereby promoting diversity and opportunity.

Collaborating with distinguished academics and business leaders, the organization addresses systemic barriers to entry in higher education and professional sectors. It also champions entrepreneurs through initiatives like the Bright Ideas Trust and the 10x10 Capital fund, which provide mentorship and funding opportunities for aspiring Black business owners. Notable advocates such as Tim Campbell MBE, Dr. Kayisha Payne, and Muyiwa Oki contribute their experiences and insights to foster growth and innovation within the community. With a commitment to creating life-changing opportunities, the Black Inclusivity Catalyst is making strides in shaping a more equitable future in STEM and business for the Black community.
