## Description

Black Canyon Limited is an established brand that specializes in exploring, discovering, and developing manganese projects in Western Australia's Pilbara region. With over 2,750km² of prospective tenure, Black Canyon operates in a premier mining jurisdiction, close to the Woodie Woodie and Butcherbird manganese mines. Their projects range from grassroots exploration to advanced exploration and feasibility level. The flagship project, Flanagan Bore, has shown promising results with thick, continuous intervals of manganese enriched shale-hosted mineralization. Black Canyon has delineated a large Mineral Resource Estimate of 171 Mt @ 10.3% Mn, containing 18 Mt of manganese. A recent Scoping Study confirmed robust economics, a 20-year mine life, low development CAPEX, and impressive financial metrics. In addition to their manganese projects, Black Canyon recognizes the global growth in manganese demand for electric vehicle Li-Ion batteries. They are well-positioned to evaluate downstream processing opportunities to produce high purity manganese sulphate (HPMSM). Investors have an exciting opportunity to be part of Black Canyon's portfolio, which offers exposure to mineral development and downstream opportunities in the steel manufacturing and EV Li-Ion energy storage space.
