Bill and Nikki Haase's journey into the world of brewing began with a shared passion that was ignited during a German beerfest in Florida. With Bill's background in the Marine Corps and Nikki's education in German and Business Administration, they set the foundation for their future in brewing. After moving to Leesburg, Virginia, Bill honed his brewing skills, combining self-study with invaluable experiences gained from touring German microbreweries. 

In 2014, he earned accolades at the National Homebrew Competition, including a third place medal for his Märzen style beer, which fueled their ambition to launch their own brewery. They embraced meticulous preparation and planning, blending their expertise and dedication to bring their dream to life. Their offerings include a variety of meticulously crafted beers inspired by traditional brewing techniques and flavors, reflecting their commitment to quality and authenticity. With a focus on creating unique, small-batch beers, they invite beer lovers to experience the fruits of their labor at their taproom and through their online ordering options.
