## Description

Black Tennis Connect (BTC) is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and digital platform dedicated to connecting, inspiring, and supporting tennis players of all levels. Its mission is to grow diversity in tennis and help the Black tennis community build connections locally and worldwide. Through grassroots experiences and initiatives, BTC works to create positive change in under-resourced communities.

The organization brings players together through meetups and community activities, and offers access to coaching and events. Its digital platform and app help community members connect beyond their local areas, while BTC’s support initiatives aim to make tennis more welcoming and accessible. The organization highlights barriers to participation, including the reported average annual cost of $1,170 for one child to play tennis, and shares information about tennis’s potential health benefits.

BTC also provides ways for people to join the community, support its work, and stay informed. Its website features information about the organization, events, a film, and opportunities to get involved, alongside a shop and contact resources.
