Black Therapy Today is a mental health awareness and stigma reduction brand. Based in Alabama, our digital narrative platform aims to provide education, support, advocacy, and awareness for the Black community. We are dedicated to telling the Black narrative by and for us, with a mission to decrease mental health stigma. Through our comprehensive digital magazine, we cover a wide range of topics related to mental health, including addiction and recovery, depression and anxiety, family counseling, stress management, and much more. Our magazine caters to both personal and professional interests, offering various contribution types such as personal stories, professional insights, sponsored reviews, endorsement links, and PR and advertising services. In addition to our magazine, we provide an array of health and wellness resources to support individuals on their journey towards optimal mental health. This includes mentorship, training, and research opportunities.
