## Description

Blacktop Hoops is a streetball-inspired multiplayer basketball game designed for virtual reality. It offers players an immersive way to experience fast-paced basketball, with natural-feeling mechanics for dribbling, shooting, and dunking. Players can take on a career journey, practice or compete against AI opponents, meet friends on online courts, and enter competitive pickup games to climb the rankings. Matches can be played against bots or basketball fans around the world.

The game features a responsive dribbling system for executing crossovers, along with shooting mechanics for three-pointers, fadeaways, stepbacks, and floaters. High-flying dunks add another way to finish plays, while dynamic AI opponents use responsive offense and defense animated with motion-capture performances. Players can also collect customization options, including sneakers, apparel, and effects.

Blacktop Hoops is available to buy on Quest and Steam, and the brand invites players to join its Discord community. Its website also offers playtest sign-ups, a newsletter for updates on features and content, and access to videos, news, and support resources.
