## Description

Black V Neck is a Miami-based musical duo formed in 2017 by Ian and Julian, who combine their years of collaboration to create an innovative and distinctive take on house music. Their name humorously critiques the pressure on artists to conform to specific subgenres and trends. Gaining significant recognition after their track "Let Me Smash" was signed by Shiba San on the Basement Leak label, Black V Neck quickly made their mark on the music scene, with further success from their acclaimed "Mouth Music EP" on DIRTYBIRD. Their tracks, including "Sex, Drugs, Alcohol" and "Mouth Music," consistently ranked in Beatport’s Top 100 Tech House chart, showcasing their creative and production prowess.

With support from industry heavyweights like Claude VonStroke, Diplo, and Chris Lake, Black V Neck has become a festival and club favorite globally. Keeping the momentum going, they have released remixes and original tracks with notable labels such as Defected and Insomniac Records, solidifying their place as a formidable force in house music.
