Blambot Comic Fonts & Lettering, founded by Nate Piekos in the late 90s, is a renowned brand in the comic industry. Nate, an aspiring comic creator himself, started Blambot to fulfill his need for affordable lettering fonts for his indie comics. Drawing on his design knowledge, Nate began experimenting with his own font designs. As the demand for his fonts grew, he built the Blambot.com website. In 2002, Nate's talent caught the attention of Marvel Comics, and he got the opportunity to letter Mike Allred's run on X-FORCE. Since then, Blambot has collaborated with major publishers including Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, and Oni Press. Mega-corporations like Microsoft, Charles Schulz & Associates, The New Yorker, and Penguin Random House have licensed designs from Blambot.com. Despite its success, Blambot remains committed to providing affordable fonts for aspiring comic creators.
