## Description

Blanchard LeaderChat is the brand name for the Blanchard Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to building a world full of self-reliant leaders. Established over two decades ago by Ken and Margie Blanchard, the institute focuses on leadership training for middle and high school students. They have exclusive permission to use Blanchard's content and intellectual property to adapt and tailor leadership training programs for young adults at no cost to the participants. Blanchard LeaderChat offers three student leadership programs. The Student Self Leadership Collaborative Online program is for high school students and includes self-study, virtual meetings with a Blanchard trainer, and the opportunity to earn a digital credential and apply for a college scholarship. For adults who lead or influence high school students, there is the Student Self Leadership Collaborative Online for Champions course. There is also a Do It Yourself option with over 40 lesson plans and materials that can be used by teachers, coaches, mentors, and facilitators. Join Blanchard LeaderChat in empowering students by bringing their high-quality leadership programs to your community or organization. Get involved today and make a difference in the lives of young leaders.
