## Description

Blanche Ellis is a multidisciplinary artist based between London and Barcelona, renowned for her unique approach to capturing the human experience through art. Originally self-taught and inspired by the dynamic environment of the London Underground, Blanche has honed her skills in mark-making and the representation of fleeting moments. Her creative exploration encompasses traditional oil painting techniques, emphasizing the interplay of light and shadow.

Blanche's work transcends conventional boundaries, integrating elements of drawing, dancing, and music to convey the fluidity of movement and gesture. Through abstraction and metamorphosis, she seeks to illuminate the 'unfixed' moments of life. Additionally, Blanche experiments with visual language, incorporating writing and symbols that reflect the traces of time and experience etched into our bodies. Her art serves as a bridge between diverse mediums and emotional expressions, inviting viewers to engage with the rich tapestry of human existence.
