## Description

Parti is a brand that aims to address the issue of unrepresented votes in our democracy. Despite the allowance of blank votes during elections and the absence of penalties for non-voters, these votes are not taken into account when allocating parliamentary seats. As a result, hundreds of thousands of votes go unrepresented in our Parliament during every federal election. In addition to blank votes, there is also a significant number of invalid votes that do not contribute to the majority or the largest party. Parti aims to change this by proposing an adjustment to the Constitution that would allow voters to cast a vote for an empty seat in the Chamber. The elected candidates representing Parti Blanco will abstain from all votes and debates, solely focusing on proposing an amendment to the Constitution. Once their mission is fulfilled, the party will dissolve, and the remaining funds will be donated to charity.
