## Description

BLAQUE KC is a dynamic brand dedicated to improving educational outcomes for Black students in Kansas City and beyond. They are a grassroots movement made up of parents, teachers, young leaders, and advocates who are unapologetically focused on bringing about positive change in the education system. With a mission deeply rooted in the enduring movement for racial justice and equity, BLAQUE KC recognizes the historical legacy of redlining and segregation that continues to impact the education system in Kansas City. They believe that education is the foundation for success and equality, but unfortunately, it has not been serving Black children in the same way it does others. Through their various programs and initiatives, BLAQUE KC strives to empower a new generation of leaders who can drive meaningful change. They understand that when Black students excel, it benefits not only them but also the entire academic community and our city's future. By addressing the educational disparities, BLAQUE KC aims to create a more desirable environment for businesses and promote economic growth. To get involved and contribute to their mission, you can reach out to BLAQUE KC via their contact information or take action today by advocating for the children in their community. Stay connected with BLAQUE KC to stay updated on their leadership, upcoming events, and opportunities to donate.
