## Description

Blaze Talent is an embedded recruiting firm that helps fast-growing technology companies build engineering, hardware, and AI teams from Seed stage through IPO. Founded in 2022 by talent acquisition leader Will Blaze, the firm brings hands-on operating experience from companies including Meta, Google, and Peloton. Rather than working as an outside adviser, Blaze Talent embeds with client teams to plan and deliver hiring alongside internal stakeholders.

Its services include embedded recruiting buildouts, retained searches for critical executive and specialist roles, and recruiting strategy and advisory. The firm also helps clients strengthen interview processes, employer branding, recruiting tools, and integrations. Its expertise spans software engineering, hardware, artificial intelligence, and related technical fields, with experience supporting companies in areas such as cloud infrastructure, industrial IoT, wearables, and AI-enabled drug development.

Blaze Talent also offers Auguste, a proprietary candidate data firewall designed to assess candidate signals before interviews. Its capabilities include resume metadata review, professional presence and LinkedIn checks, email and phone analysis, and an aggregated anomaly score.
