## Description

The Biographical Legacy and Research Foundation (BLERF) is a pioneering non-profit organization based in Nigeria, dedicated to creating the nation's first comprehensive biographical information database, which highlights Nigeria’s illustrious achievers and heroes from as far back as 1861. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, BLERF aims to meticulously collect, verify, and preserve biographical data on notable Nigerians, both past and present.

The foundation currently showcases over one million entries detailing the lives and achievements of distinguished individuals in various fields, making this resource an invaluable asset for scholars, researchers, and the general public. The project unfolds in two major phases: a printed biographical encyclopedia titled "BLERF’s WHO’S WHO" and an easily navigable online database that is regularly updated with new biographies and "Rising Stars." BLERF not only celebrates Nigeria’s rich history but also positions itself as an authoritative source on biographical information, striving to connect contemporary achievements to Nigeria’s historical milestones and heritage.
