## Description

Founded on October 4, 2011, by scale-model designer and aviation journalist Valdemar de Carvalho Zanette, BLIMPS is a specialist retailer serving enthusiasts of scale modeling, miniatures, and related hobbies. Its product range includes model kits covering aircraft, ships and submarines, cars, trucks, helicopters, military subjects, and other vehicles, with options available in numerous scales. The store also offers finished miniatures, including models of aircraft, boats, motorcycles, buses, and tractors.

To support building and finishing projects, BLIMPS stocks modeling supplies such as paints, primers, adhesives, decal-setting products, masking materials, putty, display cases, brushes, sanding tools, and other accessories. Its broader selection includes aeromodeling products, construction toys, puzzles, and items for the home and garden. The site features new arrivals, popular products, and an outlet section, with examples from brands including Tamiya and Revell. Customers can contact the store by telephone, WhatsApp, or email, and the website provides account, order-tracking, and shopping-cart features. BLIMPS brings kits, tools, and hobby products together for model makers and collectors.
