## Description

BLNCE Basketball offers group and private training sessions designed to help young athletes develop their basketball skills through regular, engaging workouts. Group sessions bring kids together for fun, competitive training and are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Participants can pay per session or choose a flat monthly plan that provides unlimited group workouts at a more cost-effective rate. Families are contacted by text or GroupMe to confirm attendance.

Private training is available Monday through Saturday by appointment, with time slots listed at 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:45 AM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked through the scheduling calendar or by viewing available times. Athletes may pay in person or receive a weekly invoice by email, and house-call sessions are available for an additional fee.

The program also promotes basketball camps and events, including 3-on-3 training and competition and “Rock The Rocks,” a ball-handling clinic for fundamental and advanced athletes.
