## Description

Blockchain-REAL is a brand that focuses on the use of blockchain technology in the real estate industry. As an initiative by the Linde Verlag, in collaboration with GEWINN magazine and founder Walter Strametz, they aim to showcase the potential of blockchain as a tool for eco-social transformation. The upcoming conference and trade fair, "blockchain-REAL goes ESG," will highlight how digital and eco-social changes can positively impact each other, contributing to a sustainable future. This event serves as a forum for professionals in the construction and real estate sectors, including investors, advisors, and startups, who are interested in shaping the future of this industry. Blockchain-REAL offers opportunities such as networking, accessing technical and legal implementation partners, digitalizing contracts and property transfers, and exploring crowdfunding and financing options using blockchain technology. It's not about quick gains or speculation; it's about leveraging technology for the benefit of genuine businesses.
