## Description

Blomberg Bogensport is the archery division of TV Blomberg von 1866, welcoming people interested in the sport in Blomberg and the southern Lippe district, including Steinheim, Lügde, Schieder and Schwalenberg. The club offers opportunities to practise archery for recreation or pursue it at a competitive level, making it suitable for newcomers as well as experienced archers. Members can shoot with longbows, recurve bows and compound bows, and the club provides regular training times and target faces on its outdoor grounds. During the winter season, from October through April, training moves to a sports hall in Brakelsiek. The club’s website provides information for beginners, guests and visiting archers, along with details about courses, training locations, safety rules and membership. It also shares news, competition reports and event information. A key event is the Nelkenturnier, for which the club publishes updates and participant lists. Blomberg Bogensport combines access to facilities and organised training with a community setting for discovering and developing an interest in archery.
