## Description

Blubbi offers baby and toddler swimming courses designed to help young children enjoy the water through age-appropriate play, movement and sensory experiences. Based in Wiesbaden, the program welcomes babies from four months and toddlers up to two and a half years, with separate courses for ages 4–12 months, 13–18 months and 1.5–2.5 years. Sessions take place in warm water and involve parents, creating a shared opportunity to build confidence and positive familiarity with the aquatic environment.

For babies, activities encourage movement, support motor development and nurture the parent-child relationship. Toddler courses use suitable movement activities and repeated routines to develop water comfort and coordination. Older toddlers can explore the water through splashing, jumping, songs and games, with or without flotation aids. Previous swimming experience is not required for the toddler courses.

The classes are led by Nadine Bug, a sports science graduate with specialist baby-swimming training and extensive course-leading experience. Courses are held at St. Josefs-Hospital, Beethovenstraße 20, Wiesbaden, and run for eight 45-minute sessions.
