## Description

BlueNat is an aquatic activities provider based in Rennes, offering swimming, aquagym and paddle activities for children, teenagers and adults. Its heated pool and small-group sessions create a setting for learning, fitness and swimming practice. Swimming and aquagym are the centre of BlueNat’s programme, with sessions lasting 60 minutes and limited to 12 participants. Activities are led by state-certified swimming instructors and lifeguards.

The facility is designed to meet hygiene, safety and accessibility standards. Its pool measures 12 by 5 metres and is heated to 31.5°C; it also has three massage jets. BlueNat’s swimming offer includes learning and improving skills at different stages of life, with provision for children such as lessons, holiday courses and placement assessments. Aquagym provides another way to enjoy exercise in the water, while paddle is also featured among the activities available.

Located at 5 boulevard Albert 1er in Rennes, BlueNat provides information about activities, schedules and prices, and invites prospective participants to get in touch about registration.
